“Maintain” is designed for the special needs of tile and stone that can be harmed by some harsh cleaners. For sealed or unsealed surfaces. Unlike vinegar and detergents, Maintain does not leave streaks on tile floors.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: 
Must be diluted with water. Recommended starting point is one fluid ounce (2 Tablespoons / 29.6 milliliters) per gallon of water. Strength can be adjusted as desired. If you find a need to rinse, it is stronger than necessary. 
A string mop works best for removing dust from the bottom of grout joints. 
HOW TO MAKE YOUR FLOOR CARE EVEN EASIER 
Program for GLAZED TILE floors 
Seal grout joints with the appropriate sealer (see the Aldon “Sealer Selector” display). 
For finishes that tend to trap dirt or show animal prints, apply a coating of Aldon “Tile Cover”. 
Mop with “Maintain” as needed. This is now the easiest to maintain surface possible. 
Program for floors of: UNGLAZED TILE - BRICK - STONE - SLATE 
Seal tile and grout joints with the appropriate sealer (see the Aldon “Sealer Selector” display). 
A “Lifeguard” coating on the sealer provides the ultimate wear & stain resistance. 
Mop with “Maintain” as needed. This is now the easiest to maintain surface possible. 
FIRST AID: SWALLOWED-Call a physician or Poison Control Center for safe way to induce vomiting if called for. Drink large amounts of water. INHALATION-Fumes from this product are generally considered non-toxic. EYE/MUCOUS MEMBRANE OR SKIN IRRITATION: Flush with water for at least 30 minutes. IN ALL CASES-Immediately Contact a physician & Poison Control Center! Emergency = 800-535-5053 or 352-323-3500. CAUTION: Avoid if allergic. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Use only in a well ventilated area. Keep away from heat or open flame as could produce toxic gases. Do not transfer contents to other unlabeled containers. Close container after use. This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Risk to your health depends on level and duration of exposure. We believe that there is no significant risk in the normal use of the product. Keep out of reach of children! Store in a cool place, but do not allow to freeze. NOTE: Patch testing is always advisable to insure the results will be as expected. When you read all the health and safety warnings below, you will see we have done our best to make you think about working with any chemicals from any manufacturer. Even household cleaners purchased in supermarkets (many with more hazardous ingredients than we use due to cost factors) should be used with common sense and awareness.
