PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 
Patch­N­Paint Wall Repair Patch Kit includes everything you
need to make quick, easy repairs to holes in walls, ceilings,
paneling, doors and more. The kit contains Patch­N­Paint  
Lightweight Spackling, 6" (15 cm) diameter fiber patch,
sandpaper and putty knife. 

APPLICATION 
Step 1. The 6" (15 cm) round, fiber patch will cover up to a 
4" (10 cm) hole in drywall, plaster, paneling, hollow­core doors,
etc. Check the size of the hole to be repaired to ensure the
patch will properly cover it. Make certain the area surrounding
the area to be patched is clean and free of dirt, dust, oil, or
anything which might impair adhesion. Remove any loose
paint or plaster. 

Step 2. Peel the paper backing from the self­adhesive, fiber
patch. Position the patch over the damaged section. It is
important that the 4" (10 cm) center of the patch completely
covers the area to be patched, allowing the outer 2" (5 cm)
circle of the patch to adhere to the solid surrounding area.
Press firmly around the outer edge of the patch to ensure
thorough adhesion. 

Step 3. Using the putty knife, apply a thin coat of Custom  
Patch­N­Paint Lightweight Spackling to the patch and the
surrounding area, and allow to dry. Refer to the back panel of
the Patch­N­Paint container for complete directions for proper
application and clean­up. Allow the Patch­N­Paint to dry
thoroughly before the next step. 

Step 4. Use the sandpaper to sand the thin coat of 
Patch­N­Paint to a smooth finish. If the damage to the area 
is extensive, you may want to repeat steps 3 & 4. After your
final sanding, the repair is complete. You may now texture,
paint or hang wallpaper over the area.
